Delivery Details
Domestic Shipping
We endeavour to ship your order within 2-3 business days upon confirmation. A local courier company is engaged for the delivery of all orders. Luna Play is not responsible for any delays during the process of shipping. Please feel free to reach out if you require a rushed order (relevant postage charges may apply).
Free shipping
Free standard domestic shipping is automatically applied for orders $50 and above.
Local Pick-up
Please select the local pick up option at check out and we will reach out to discuss arrangements for collection at a fixed location in central Singapore.
International Shipping
We currently offer standard and express shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Whilst these countries have been listed in checkout, it is not exhaustive and we are open to sourcing for a reliable and cost-effective option for countries that have not been listed. Please feel free to reach out should you require a shipping quote for your order.
We endeavour to ship your order within 2-3 business days upon confirmation. To ensure tracking and proper handling that your toys deserve, all shipping costs calculated at check-out are by Luna Play’s courier of choice. Luna Play is not responsible for any delays during the process of shipping and custom clearance. Taxes and custom fees that might be subjected in the recipient’s country are not included in the delivery fees and will be borne by the receiving party. Please feel free to contact us if you have queries.
Return & Exchange
Product should be in its original packaging and condition. Luna Play adopts a 7 calendar days policy upon receipt of order. If 7 calendar days have gone past, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. Items purchased on a sale cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
An exchange or refund will be processed due to the following reasons:
- Damaged goods due to shipping
- Wrong order
A proof of purchase is required to be provided when requesting for a refund or exchange. As all items have been inspected before dispatch, please attach image(s) of defective item to facilitate assessment and processing.
Exchange is only applicable for defective items. Request for refunds will be subjected to assessment and customer will be notified on the status of request within 5 business days.
All shipping costs will be borne by customer requesting for an exchange or refund.
